Her major contribution to Fuse has been putting in place performance compensation based upon specific event success versus hours worked. She was also instrumental in implementing the afternoon nap as a method of stimulating creativity.

Vice Chairperson Marley B. Mastiff has spent many years in fiscal management and client contracts and agreements. Under his leadership there has never been a delinquent bill at Fuse. His major contribution to Fuse has been to embody our corporate philosophy that life can and should be fun.

Secretary Pearl B. Mastiff specializes in compassionate listening. Through years of research she has discovered that a sympathetic approach is the most likely to result in a desirable outcome, such as strategic partnering, or more importantly, cookies.
