OUR MANAGEMENT TEAM

Monica Payson, Director of Client Solutions, has many years of experience in business management, nonprofit administration, and education, as well as an extensive background in writing, editing, and document creation. As an educator she has honed the art of evaluating, communicating, and implementing core goals while helping individuals reach their own potential.

Fuse brings together Monica's business and education skills in a combination of practical focus and energy. Monica holds a B.A., M..A., and Ph.C in English from the University of California at Berkeley.

Monica's love of dogs and belief in community involvement converge in her work in pet therapy. Monica's bullmastiffs, Pearl and Marley, are specially trained therapy dogs and have spent many hours visiting at Swedish Hospital, The Seattle Children's Home, and the Ryther Child Center.

Bill Demeter, President, has extensive business experience as an owner of EMF Corporation, Correct Decision, and Fuse. He has held management positions with Xerox and Burhman-Tetterode, nv. Bill serves on several nonprofit boards as well as that of Kinesis-CEM.

Bill has degrees in Philosophy and Psychology from the University of New Mexico and is the author of numerous articles regarding business ethics. He continues his philosophy studies.

Bill's passions include reading, Bernese Mountain Dogs, and traveling with his wife, Jane, to their home in New Zealand.

Our Contract Employees consist of experienced professionals who have chosen to remain independent contractors. We have highly skilled people in communications, research and focus groups, finance and business plans, and local government and education. This competent force of seven has been working with Fuse an average of four years.
